Moulton is identified as a Primary Service Village within the Settlements and Countryside (Part 2) Local Plan, and is therefore considered suitable for additional residential development. Moulton is one of the most sustainable villages in West Northamptonshire, with a high level of services and facilities to meet the day to day needs of residents.
A planning application for outline consent will be submitted in Spring/Summer 2026.
